  • Set-up of RS Global Energy FZE in Fujairah Free Zone to develop a sustainable energy partner as a trusted commodities trader in minerals integrated in the Energy Matrix

  • Beginning of activities with Brazil and Peru

  • Set-up of local companies in Brazil (SOG Mineiras) and Peru (SOG O&M Peru)

  • Set-up of Joint Venture with Chadeco Oil & Gas (Ghana) for West Africa oil supply

2024

  • Secured Sugar Icumsa 45 supply contract to a government procurement company in West Africa.
    Authorized Distributor of XCharge EV Charger for the Middle East and Europe. Licensed in Fujairah for trading of EV Charging Stations, Systems, and Spare Parts
