José Ferreira Ramos - Chairman & Executive President
Accomplished entrepreneur and economic adviser with 30+ years of experience in management, investment, and public-private development across energy, infrastructure, agriculture, finance, and aquaculture. Renowned for transforming Ridge Solutions Group into a global multi-sector platform with assets across Angola, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Luxembourg, and Lisbon. He has launched and managed projects from air transport to real estate, mining, and aquaculture, and is a recipient of international recognition for business leadership and philanthropy.
João Pedro Silva - Vice President & CFO
Senior finance executive and business consultant with 20+ years of international experience (Europe, UAE, Africa). Leads value creation, long-range financial planning, and multinational portfolio management; prior roles include Investment Director (RS Capital SGFI) and General Manager (Ridge Solutions Angola). Jamila Xin Jin - Vice President (China)
